Are you a manager? Do you have the responsibility of project management? If the answer to both is true, then this is the right course for you! The 'Project Management' course has been designed to support managers and their teams with a holistic approach to successful achievement of project objectives. This course will cover the following aspects:

  • An overview of project management including principles, processes, tools and techniques
  • Key documentation, roles and responsibilities throughout the lifecycle of a project
  • Stakeholder analysis, communication and engagement 
  • The scope of the project manager 
  • Associated costs of projects including budgets, timescales, collaborative working and mitigation of risk
  • Project management methods including standards, best practice, teamwork, delegation, communication and reviewing success

As a manager you will be undertaking project management leadership and it is vital you have the tools and support to execute this successfully. This course will support your knowledge, skills and behaviours ultimately leading to outstanding project success. This course is approximately 4 hours long.
